As a former Great British athlete, I understand the dedication it takes to stay fit. Yet, due to serious injury, I also understand the determination and patience it takes to regain fitness and trust in your body. What is your style of training?
My philosophy is built around static core function strength and conditioning training, delivered through a variety of training methodologies. Through this we are able to achieve muscular strength, endurance and growth, conditioning of the body and cardiovascular development. This allows us to achieve a controlled state of fat burning through a balanced lifestyle of fitness and nutrition.
How long before I see results?
Most clients see progress after just a few weeks of following their plan. How long it'll take to achieve your desired goal, depends on your dedication and comitment. The best results come when we work together in partnership.
What are the benefits of having an online training coach?
You are not alone on your fitness journey. Online coaching will provide you with the benefits of a coach, support and guidance around how to train and what to do in your workouts – without having to travel to a particular place, or be there at a particular time. And because location isn't a factor, you'll get motivation and check ins from your coach as often as you need, to keep you accountable to your goals.
